Takes a look at a genre of rap music and Atlanta. Does a good job of highlighting Trap culture and music. Provides background on Atlanta's growth and social issues.

This book was much deeper than my initial perception. Trap History author A. R. Shaw takes readers on a journey deep into the heart of the south exploring the “trap” in Atlanta, trap music and the history of drugs and lifestyle that influenced it. Not just about a genre of music, Shaw dives deep into the history of trap along while featuring the backstories and interviews of some of the pioneers of trap music. A must read

I like the premise of the book but the Kindle edition is impossible to read, as all the words are strung together in an incoherent mess. Please fix this.

3.0 out of 5 stars Looks great but difficult to read

The book (kindle version) looks great and seems like it would be a very interesting read, but words are merged and stuck together and very difficult to read, hence why I stopped reading after a few paragraphs.
